I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Rick Beckner for the excellent service and overall wonderful experience we had working with him in both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home.

Rick became our listing agent in August, and from the day we first met with him with the prospect of selling, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us make the best decisions in selling our home and then with every step beyond that once we received a contract on our home.  Although it only took 2 days to sell our home, for an entire month beforehand he walked us through every step of the selling process and was always willing to answer questions with complete honesty and clarity.  When we did get a contract on our home, Rick was available at all hours to answer any questions we had, and made sure our transaction went smoothly for all parties involved. Anytime we had a question (and we had many!) Rick always got back to us within hours with a response. We never once had to worry about missing contract deadlines and we always felt completely informed each step along the way.

We are now two weeks short of closing on our new home that we found with the assistance of Rick Beckner.  Once again he has been the greatest asset we could have asked for in our transaction. And once again, we’ve had many questions and have needed him to make calls for us and do research for us that I know has been somewhat difficult and absolutely time consuming. We have complete confidence that purchasing our new home is going to be as rewarding as it was selling our previous home, and that is because we were lucky enough to have Rick there to walk with us each step of the way.

We would recommend Rick to anyone interested in buying or selling their home.  We have in fact already referred 3 families to him, and they too have expressed genuine satisfaction in their experiences with him.

I just wanted to thank you for helping us find our dream retirement home!  I have bought and sold numerous houses on the East Coast working with many large real estate companies one of which was located in Phoenix.   When we interviewed you over the phone you won us over with your knowledge of region and genuine interest in our desire to find a home that would meet our specifications and requirements due to my health needs.  You immediately began to send us houses for us to review and comment about so that you could obtain a better understanding of our likes and dislikes.  

We only planned a trip for one week and I really expected that we would be making multiple trips to Phoenix before we would find the house that we were looking for.  We were quite surprised that after viewing multiple houses that we made an offer on the first house we saw.  We wanted to view all the houses that you selected for us so that we felt that we had compared every house and every area.  And yet we purchased the first house, which had every specification that we had requested even the one that asked for a back yard that had not been landscaped.  You really took the time to listen to our needs and you made our search in a new town so much easier.  As did your assistance with obtaining financing and coordinating our home inspection prior to the trip ending.
